All paperwork is to be done online, if possible, including a COVID-19 prescreening questionnaire and waiver before each session. 

Those with temperatures 100F or higher or exhibiting any cold and flu-like symptoms will be immediately sent home.

No cancellation penalties for any appointments rescheduled due to COVID-19.

 

​In the event of a COVID-19 breach, all clients who may have been at risk for exposure will be notified.

All clients will wash their hands before session. I, as regular practice, wash my hands and arms up to elbows. 

A wipe-able, protective covering has been placed over the fleece table warmer.

 

The massage table and any high-contact surfaces will be disinfected with hospital grade disinfectant before and after each session.

 

 

Client and Practitioner will wear a face mask over their mouth and nose during the entire session. 

Practitioner will also wear a face shield during the entire session.

 

I use a touch-less thermometer on all clients before entering the office.

I monitor my temperature daily and change aprons in between every client
